Stitching and Fitting Disclaimer

Custom tailoring involves manual craftsmanship, and final fitting results may have minor variations. Please note that providing accurate body measurements is solely the customer's responsibility.

Nirmal Boutique is not liable for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client or subsequent weight changes after the final measurements are recorded.

To reduce this risk we take measurements in person before cutting and include a trial fitting in the quoted price. Guidance on taking measurements correctly is on the size guide, and our stitching process is set out on the suit stitching page.

Rental Items Disclaimer

By choosing our rental services, the customer agrees to return items in their original condition. The customer is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the possession period.

A security deposit is applicable for all rental items and will only be refunded after a thorough quality check upon return.

Product and Jewellery Disclaimer

Our artificial jewellery collection is handcrafted, and slight variations in colour, polish, or stone placement may occur. Images shown online are representative of the design but may differ slightly in person due to lighting conditions.
