ITI Practical Training in Sewing Technology

Supervised workshop hours in a working boutique, mapped to your trade syllabus, with attendance recorded and completion documentation issued.

Nirmal Boutique in Sri Muktsar Sahib takes ITI students for practical training in sewing and dress making trades. Students complete supervised workshop hours on working machines, doing the same tasks the shop handles daily: measurement, cutting, machine operation, garment construction, finishing, and alteration. Attendance is recorded, practical work is logged against the trade syllabus, and completion documentation is provided for the institute. Call +91 98555 86300 to arrange a placement.

Why It Matters

Workshop Hours That Actually Teach Something

Practical training is often treated as a formality. A student signs a register, watches for a few weeks and leaves with a stamped form and not much else. That helps nobody, least of all the student who then struggles at their first job.

We treat it as real training. You work on live customer orders under supervision, which means the fit has to be right, the finishing has to hold and the delivery date matters. That is the standard the industry actually runs at.

  • Practical tasks mapped to your trade syllabus
  • Attendance recorded honestly, not backfilled
  • Supervised work on live orders, not idle observation
  • Documentation issued for your institute on completion

Hours and Attendance

How the Placement Runs

1

Bring Your Syllabus

Come with your trade syllabus, institute details, ID and the required hours. We map the placement against them.

2

Batch Allotment

Timings are arranged around your college schedule. Morning, afternoon or a dedicated practical block.

3

Supervised Work

You work on live orders under supervision. Attendance and the work done are recorded each session.

4

Completion Documents

On finishing your hours we issue the attendance record, practical work log and completion certificate.

We record attendance as it actually happens. If you miss sessions, the record will show it and the hours will need making up, because a document that says otherwise is not worth carrying into a job interview.

ITI Training FAQs

Which ITI trades do you take students from?

Sewing technology, dress making and related garment trades. If your trade is close but differently named, bring your syllabus and we will tell you honestly whether the practical work here matches it.

Will you sign my attendance and practical record?

Yes. Attendance is recorded each session and signed, along with a log of the practical work completed. We record what actually happened, so plan your sessions accordingly.

Can the timings work around my college?

Yes. Morning, afternoon and dedicated practical blocks are available, arranged at enrolment around your college schedule.

Is there a fee for ITI practical training?

Fee structure depends on the duration and hours required. Call +91 98555 86300 and we will explain it clearly before you commit.

Can I continue into the full course afterwards?

Yes. Many students carry on into the Fashion Designing course to cover design variations and the business side, which the ITI practical syllabus does not go into.
