Bridal and Party Wear Stitching

Planned backwards from your function date, with trial fittings built into the schedule instead of squeezed in at the end.

Bridal and party wear stitching at Nirmal Boutique in Sri Muktsar Sahib covers wedding suits, lehengas, heavy party outfits and function wear made to your measurements. Work is scheduled backwards from your event date with two or three trial fittings built in, and matching artificial jewellery and outfit rental are available in the same shop. Book six to eight weeks ahead for heavy handwork. Call +91 98555 86300.

How We Work

The Date Is Fixed, So We Plan Backwards From It

Wedding work goes wrong for one reason more than any other: it is started too late and then rushed. A heavily worked outfit needs time for handwork, and it needs you to try it on more than once, because bodies change over a few weeks and heavy fabric behaves differently once it is fully assembled.

So we start from your function date and work backwards. Handwork gets its own window, trials get their own dates, and finishing is not the thing that gets compressed when time runs short.

  • Design consultation before anything is cut
  • Two to three trial fittings depending on the piece
  • Fabric, handwork, jewellery and finishing coordinated in one shop
  • Price agreed at booking, not revised at delivery

What a Bridal Booking Includes

01

Design Consultation

We sit with your photos and references, talk through what will actually suit your frame and the function, and settle the design before cutting.

02

Fabric Selection

Choose from in store dress materials or bring your own. We flag anything that will not hold the shape the design needs.

03

Detailed Measurements

A full measurement session, more thorough than a standard suit, because heavy fabric sits differently on the body.

04

Handwork and Printing

Embroidery, mirror, sequin and zari work, or printed panels, planned against your cut pieces.

05

Trial Fittings

Two to three trials at set dates, so corrections happen with time left rather than the night before.

06

Jewellery and Accessories

Matching artificial jewellery selected against the finished outfit, not guessed at separately.

Booking Timeline

When to Come In

8

Eight Weeks Before

Book heavy bridal work with dense handwork. This is the comfortable window, not the last minute one.

6

Six Weeks Before

Design settled, fabric chosen, measurements taken, cutting begins and handwork starts.

3

Three Weeks Before

First trial fitting. Structure and fit are checked before the final finishing work goes in.

1

One Week Before

Final trial with jewellery and accessories, last corrections, then pressing and delivery.

Lighter party wear needs less lead time, often two to three weeks. During peak wedding season book earlier, because the trial slots fill first.

Questions

Bridal and Party Wear FAQs

How far in advance should I book bridal stitching?

Six to eight weeks for heavy bridal work with dense handwork. Lighter party wear usually needs two to three weeks. During peak wedding season book earlier, because trial slots fill up before stitching capacity does.

How many trial fittings are included?

Two to three depending on the piece. Trials are part of the quoted price, not an extra. Heavy outfits get more trials because the fit changes as weight is added.

Can I bring my own fabric and design?

Yes, and most brides do. Bring photos, screenshots or a reference outfit. We will tell you honestly whether the design works with your fabric and your frame before anything is cut.

Do you arrange matching jewellery?

Yes. Artificial jewellery is stocked in store and selected against the finished outfit rather than guessed at separately. See the jewellery collection.

Can I rent instead of getting an outfit stitched?

Yes. Lehengas and heavy occasion wear are available on rent with clear deposit, duration and cleaning terms. See outfit rental and the rental terms.

What if I lose or gain weight before the function?

Tell us at booking if you expect your size to change. We leave extra seam allowance where possible and use the later trials to adjust. Final fit corrections are part of the price.
